What is Regulation A+?
A+ (Reg A+) is a way for private companies to raise capital by giving the
general public an opportunity to invest in their venture. Startup companies can
use a mini-IPO under Reg A+, allowing their customers to become investors.
Reg A+ the same as traditional crowdfunding?
No. Traditional crowdfunding
allows you to receive a gift (e.g., hat, t-shirt, shout out, etc.) in exchange
for your contribution, while Reg A+ crowdfunding allows you to become an
investor and receive stock in the company.
Yes! Anyone who meets the minimum investment requirement can
invest! Regulation A+ has shifted the way the investment world works. In the
past, private companies have raised funds through a securities exemption called
Regulation D, 506(b), which only allowed accredited investors to participate.
This limited the market to the top 2% of high net worth individuals. Now, because
of Reg A+, anyone, accredited and non-accredited alike, has the opportunity to
invest in private companies, like RONN Motor Group, Inc.
the minimum I can invest?
investment in RONN Motor Group’s mini-IPO is $1,000 USD, which equals 400
shares in RONN Motor Group, at $2.50 per share.
is the maximum I can invest?
Non-accredited investors can invest up to 10% of their net worth, or 10% of
their annual net income, whichever is greater. It is the responsibility of the
investor to honestly “self-certify” during the investment process. There is no maximum
for accredited investors, and they can purchase as many shares as are available
at the time of purchase.

Reg A+ offering limited to U.S. investors?
